It will be a high-bay warehouse with an area of 2,500 m² and a clear height of 10 meters. The facility’s attractive location—just 8 km from the Wrocław-Południe / A4 interchange, 150 km from the German border, and 100 km from the Czech border—offers significant flexibility in terms of logistics operations.
The planned completion date is January/February 2022.
